What’s included
Full tear-downs of houses, garages, barns and outbuildings, including breaking up foundations and slabs where the project needs it. We plan the order of work, protect what’s staying on the property, and haul the debris off in loads as we go.
Decks, porches, sheds, above-ground pools, hot tubs, swing sets and fences. Smaller structures are taken apart piece by piece; larger ones are brought down with machinery and loaded out.
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements and whole floors stripped back for a remodel: cabinets, drywall, flooring, fixtures and trim removed and hauled, so your contractor starts with a clean shell.
Step by step
We look at the structure as well as what the structure is made of, because wood, metal, concrete and roofing each get handled and disposed of differently. We also assess the access to the structure for our equipment and trailer.
We check what your town requires and make sure permits and approvals are handled before we move forward. That includes utility shut-offs and Dig Safe notices when a foundation or slab is coming out.
Based on the project, we either come in with machinery and carefully break everything down, or, if the job calls for it, everything is done by hand. Materials are separated as they come down so they can be recycled.
We separate everything to recycle what we can and donate what we can. The rest goes to the proper disposal facility, where it gets sorted and recycled again before anything goes to the landfill. We rake the site and pick up nails, screws and scraps so the ground is safe and ready for what’s next.
Demolition
An old garage, shed or deck that’s rotting, unsafe or just in the way. We take it down and clear the ground so you can build, plant or pave in its place.
Interior gut-outs before a new kitchen, bath or basement. We do the demolition and debris removal so your builder starts on schedule.
