Step by step
How a house clean out works
Walkthrough or photos
Send photos of each room or have us look in person. We have an $85 minimum. Past that, we charge based on the weight of the items and how much volume they take up in our trailer, and you get the price before we start.
Sort what stays
We go room by room with you, setting aside anything you want kept or donated, bagging loose items and breaking down boxes.
Carry out and haul
Everything is carried out, including from tight basements, crawl spaces and attics, and loaded into the trailer.
Recycle, donate, sweep
We separate everything to recycle what we can and donate what we can. The rest goes to the proper disposal facility, where it gets sorted and recycled again before anything goes to the landfill. Every room is swept before we leave.
