A paver surface is only as good as what’s under it. We excavate down to firm ground, haul away the soil and build up a compacted gravel base in layers before the first paver goes down, so the patio doesn’t sink, shift or heave.

Walkways and stepping stones
Paver walkways, or natural flagstone stepping stones set in pea stone, curving through the yard with black edging to hold the stone in place. We dig the path out and grade it first so it drains and stays level.
Layout and design
Size and shape planned around how you’ll use it: a table and grill, a seating area, a path from the driveway to the door, or a space around a fire pit.
A clean finish
Pavers set level with a slight pitch for drainage, edges locked in so they don’t creep, joints filled, and the lawn and beds around the patio tidied.

How we build a paver patio
Plan the space
We mark out the size, shape and location with you and talk through paver styles.
Dig and base
The area is excavated, soil hauled away and a compacted gravel base built. We check what your town requires and make sure permits and approvals are handled before we move forward.
Set and finish
Pavers are set level, edges secured and joints filled.
Clean up
Extra material is hauled off and the surrounding area is tidied.
