How we take it down
Based on the project, we either come in with machinery and carefully break everything down, or, if the job calls for it, everything is done by hand. Sheds close to fences, trees or the house are taken apart carefully piece by piece so nothing around them gets damaged.
A clean site
Once it’s down, we haul everything away, pick up nails and screws and rake the area. If you want the spot leveled for seed, stone or a patio, we can do that too.

How shed removal works
Site check
We look at the shed as well as what it is made of, because wood, metal, vinyl and concrete are handled differently. We also assess the access to the shed for our equipment and trailer.
Permits handled
We check what your town requires and make sure permits and approvals are handled before we move forward.
Take down
Based on the project, we either come in with machinery and carefully break everything down, or, if the job calls for it, everything is done by hand.
Haul and clean up
We separate everything to recycle what we can and donate what we can. The rest goes to the proper disposal facility, where it gets sorted and recycled again before anything goes to the landfill. We rake the ground and pick up every nail and screw.
